Lesson 0 is an opportunity to meet face to face and find out if we are a good fit. I may even play a little game to test your child’s Spanish level.
After purchasing a plan, you will receive a link to Academia Hispania’s calendar where you will be able to schedule your lesson(s).
Things like a computer, access to the internet, headphones, etc. I put together a helpful checklist to get you started.
It will depend if the issue is on the student’s side or the teacher’s. If for some reason my connection fails, the class will be rescheduled. If the student’s internet is not working or for some reason the class can’t continue, I will send you my comments or homework by an alternative platform, such as Google Drive or email. Yes. You have 3 months to use the plan after the purchase date. You can read more about it in our Terms & Conditions.
You can always cancel 24hrs in advance of the class, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form. You will be able to reschedule in the calendar (section) using the online calendar. If cancellation occurs less than 24hrs before the class, the class will be considered taken and no refund will be granted.
Yes. You will receive a refund excluding additional fees or taxes.
When you purchase a Group Lesson plan, all lessons are tailored to that group’s needs. In order to maintain the dynamic and avoid disruptions, we suggest waiting until the full Group Lesson plan is completed. If the team decides to take more classes, the new member can join in. Otherwise, contact me directly to discuss options.
